Lane C. (not sure how to spell his last name)is my service advisor and he and his staff have always taken excellent care of my vehicles. I got to meet the mechanic this time, Keith, as he showed me how bad the front brakes were on my car. Lane knows that I usually do brakes and oil changes myself. So he gave me the option to have a look and decide what to do. I let them do the work and I have zero complaints.
