Worse than bad service is NO service

onI scheduled my appointment almost a month in advance. (For an inspection, and alignment) dropped my car off the day before. I had to call the following day to ask if my car was done yet, only to be told it hasn’t even been pulled into the garage yet. They asked to keep it another day. I couldn’t afford to be without my car for 2 days due to work so I declined. They can’t manage to complete service on scheduled appointments, but if you’re a walk in you’re good, because they still got taken care of.
