Extremely Disappointing Experience at BMW of the Main Line I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the experience I have had at BMW of the Main Line since purchasing my 2022 BMW X7. My decision to purchase from this dealership was primarily driven by their available inventory, as they were the only dealership with the specific model I wanted. However, the overall experience has been nothing short of awful, and I feel compelled to share my frustrations with others. From the moment I entered the service and parts department, I was met with impatience and a lack of willingness to assist. The staff appeared easily angered and displayed a dismissive attitude towards my legitimate inquiries and requests. As a customer, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and courtesy, especially considering the reputation of BMW as a high-end brand. The level of service I received at BMW of the Main Line has been far from acceptable. Instead of feeling valued and appreciated as a customer, I have been left feeling frustrated and disappointed. The lack of patience and understanding from the service and parts department is completely unacceptable and tarnishes the overall image of the dealership. I strongly advise others to steer clear of BMW of the Main Line based on my personal experience. The dealership's failure to deliver on basic customer service expectations and their dismissive attitude towards customer inquiries is indicative of a lack of professionalism and care. I sincerely hope that my feedback serves as an opportunity for BMW of the Main Line to reevaluate their customer service approach and make the necessary improvements.
