First, the people we worked with were amazing, and second, the 2016 Optima SXTurbo we bought is by far the most exciting and well built car I have ever owned. Michael Motzer our sales rep really really knows his stuff, both about Kia products and also the industry. He was welcoming, intriguing, and instrumental in our selection of the best fit for our needs. A shout out also to Luke Caldwell the Finance Manager, as he was the most pleasant and competent finance guy we've ever encountered. Indeed, he went the extra mile and improved upon our loan terms even after we had already agreed to a deal with another lender, which saved us thousands in the long run.
