He offered up all the details of the vehicle including the potential 'cons'- things I maybe hadn't thought of when considering a new car. After our call, Keith sent me extra photos of the vehicle, a thoughtful gesture that was unexpected and much appreciated. The test drive scheduling was flexible, and Keith was accommodating despite my several reschedules. The purchasing process was impressively quick, taking less than an hour instead of what I anticipated would be half the day. Keith's commitment to service extended beyond the sale; he kindly offered to personally deliver the car, so I wouldn’t have to make a return trip.
