Dealership Sales Review
If I could give Weston Kia minus ratings, I would. We agreed with the dealership's representative , in written texts, upon an interest rate and sales price for a Hybrid Kia Sportage SX Prestige and put a deposit down on a vehicle that the dealership represented was at the Port of Tacoma and would be delivered to us in a couple of days. That car went elsewhere. We then had our deposit applied to a car that the dealership represented would be delivered several weeks later soon after July 4th on the same terms of interest rate and sale price. The car didn't materialize. We waited until July 19 when the car finally arrived at the dealership. Once we were physically at the dealership, the dealership representative reneged on the agreed upon interest rate and upped the interest rate significantly. When we decided to purchase the car outright instead of financing it at the increased interest rate, the dealership increased the sales price significantly above the price and MSRP that we had agreed to weeks before when we agreed on a transaction - - terms that were restated in texts during the course of our wait time. We left the dealership without the car and the next day bought a Hybrid Hyundai Tucson Limited from a dealership that was honest and transparent.
