Dealership Sales Review
I spent over 2 weeks trying to shop for a 2011 Kia Soul online. One dealer simply didn't respond. Another did with very poor pricing. Two others did of which one made a sincere effort to source. I had erroneously left Weston out of my initial sourcing and contacted them 2 weeks after still having no vehicle. Immediately I was given an upfront bottom line price on a vehicle that was actually in stock and available. My initial contact was with Denny but since he was off when I was able to come in, he had Jon assist me for most of the process. He respected my time and intelligence and I was out of the dealership in under an hour with a purchase under my belt. No sitting at the finance managers desk while he tried to up-sell me on an extended warranty and underbody coatings, etc. I wasn't able to qualify for Kia's best financing rate but between when I signed the deal and took delivery they were able to lower the rate with a different lender to the same rate that Kia was offering at no additional cost to me. Jon and Denny did one other thing for me that provided outstanding service - I don't want to list it because they might not be able to provide it for everyone but suffice it to say that both of them and the dealership as a whole did an excellent job of servicing me.
