I needed to replace my Suburban immediately, as it's rear axle blew the seal, power steering pump pulley broke- all on a Friday Night. I was unable to find a car I liked in Longview, WA, Saturday, until 4pm, at which time I went to bank, "could not get a loan- too late in day". I had no car. I clicked on a santé-fe I found in an internet search and indicated 'I want more details. Mike called me in 5 minutes! He said he could get me in a car (Sunday) immediately. He drove 40 miles to come get me in the Hyundai Sante Fe, and I was sold. Cream puff. 64000 miles, impeccably maintained. I received my loan through Columbia Credit union (I joined on the spot) and truly drove home in my car at 4PM Sunday Afternoon. No hassles, no delays. I did not have to move from my seat in the dealership (impressive pop-art decoration) and yet I was highly satisfied with the detail, concern, completeness of the transaction.
