onMy first service with Lithia Nissan in Eugene set the stage for several more transactions. Their service department is the best I've ever experienced. Excellent customer service. So when I wanted to trade in my car, this is where I brought it. Then my son bought his first car here. And, this last weekend, I got a new Pathfinder! Any problems I have ever had have been addressed. The dealership is fair and is absolutely focused on customer service. I highly recommend Billy Krebs as a sales person. Jon in the service department, Marc in the service department. Their finance team has you in and out in short order.
