The team at Lithia Dodge of Eugene, especially their service rep Jimmy Schaberg, has delivered one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with. Let me break it down No repair estimate provided for over two weeks No clear timeline No proactive communication unless I chased them for updates When I asked about a personal OBD device I left in the vehicle, I got a dismissive I’m sure it’s in the van Only after I pushed for answers did they finally tell me the part was on backorder, then claimed I should be grateful they ordered it from another dealer without a deposit. That’s not customer service, that’s damage control after silence and delay. Their excuse? We can’t fix it without parts. We all know that. What they can do is communicate. They didn’t. Bottom line: Lithia Dodge of Eugene does not respect your time, your vehicle, or your trust. If you want a dealership that treats you like a priority, go anywhere else.</p>
