Great customer service! My car was towed to the service center after breaking down on the freeway. I received a text message from VW acknowledging my car had arrived and then I received a welcome text from Jenna Griffin with the service center who has been so prompt with responding to all of my questions and requests. The mechanics begin working on my car the same day that it arrived and Jenna texted me with a play-by-play of what was wrong with my vehicle and even emailed pictures and has worked with my warranty company to make sure that everything was covered and set up a rental for me. Working with such a competent group of people has made this situation less painful for sure! I highly recommend Herzog-Meier VW in Beaverton.
