Dealership Service Review
I took my vehicle in to resolve a door opening issue for both front doors. It was extremely difficult to open, in fact I had to lower the front driver window and open from the outside. They adjusted the parts that opened the door. That was great, except, they did not solve the issue. It is a little better now, but still difficult to open. In addition, they took the handle section from the outside of the door to work on the issue. When they replaced it, they did not insure that it was tight and would not leak. It will leak at the first rain. I spent good money , however I am faced with their minimum charge to continue the repair. Plus I lack confidence in the workmanship. I am not sure I will ever return to Carr. I purchased that vehicle from them and had most repair work done by them. This is the first time Carr has failed to perform.
