Dealership Service Review
Well yet again I've had zero communication with anyone from the service department, this is getting to be the norm. I spoke with Tyler on the phone, sent him pictures of the missing pieces of trim. I even sent a video of them being loose following you having it for a month of the missing pieces on my Silverado EV, text him again asking if he had heard anything. Crickets, no response (I have the text thread saved if anyone wants to see it). Then I receive a Review request on my service, that I never had. I'm not really sure why I even bother taking my car to the Beaverton Service department, it's bad experience after bad experience. We've bought about 7 cars from you in the past 10 years and the service department might make this our last. Not really sure what's going on there, but it's not good.
