Bad customer service

on0 stars would be given if possible. Their parts department are rude and refuse to give OEM parts numbers. Obviously your out of luck unless you buy from them. I've left complaints with the parts dept. and general managers. Neither of them responded. They are a terrible representative of the GM company and I'll be talking to GM corporate also. Service dept are pompous and don't listen to customers. They are treated as ignorant.
