I knew the type of car I wanted and had been shopping via the internet for what I wanted. When I saw this car on the internet I called about it. Sarah Kim answered the phone and from there she was the person who helped me purchase the car. Besides being knowledgeable about the process of selling- me buying- a car, she was efficient at her work. Yet more than anything she was quite friendly.
