Alex was quick to reply to our online questions, and was super friendly to work with when we arrived at the dealership. I'm immune-compromised and was really happy Alex and the other staff were both thoughtful and considerate and wore masks while we were there. The listing for the Equinox correctly described the vehicle, it was exactly what we were looking for! We were grateful the car was detailed inside and out before it was handed over to us.
