Service good, communication not so great.

onI assumend that, since I made an appointment for an oil change for 10 am, and I was waiting, my car would be worked on relatively quickly. After 2 hours, I was told that it didn't matter when my appointment was, customers had to "wait their turn". South Pointe needs to clarify that, when I book on line and when I check in my car. As I was waiting for additional work to be done on my car, I overheard my serviceman tell another couple that he would try to get their car in right away. South Pointe needs to get their stories straight.
