Dealership Service Review
Had a horrible experience with this dealership. First, they couldn’t find the issue with my truck so I had to go drive with their mechanic and show what it was doing and sure enough needed fixed. Ordered the parts not on backorder and once they’re waited another three weeks to get installed. Well, I say all of them one part they told me was needed and ordered and was getting put in even by their manager, but nothing on my paperwork and visibly can tell it is not on my vehicle. The service advisor gets hostile if you question anything. Goes on the defense right at the gate. Did not want to reach out for update on her own. I had to make contact each time which I waited two weeks the first time and then once a week after that. Spoke with the manager and was told one part of my repair was done and he was finishing up the other, but as I said, already only one got done. Manager doesn’t seem to really be bothered by his service advisors attitude. So I highly recommend not going to Ami if you have to use this dealership. Also, I have emailed the manager two times asking to be emailed back, not called due to me being at work and not always able to answer my phone and he has yet to reply. Not very manager like in my opinion.
