onTook my Tahoe in at a scheduled time with a known issue, one that had a service bulletin issued for years prior, and it took 8 days and the threat of taking my vehicle somewhere else to get someone to give me any info. If you’re so backed up, short handed don’t tell your customers that you will need the vehicle for one or two days to take a look at it. If you’re so backed up don’t offer a scheduled time to drop it off for it to sit 8+ days and not have a loaner car to offer. And most of all, don’t play dumb about known issues. Because the alternative, not knowing about service bulletins is worse. Your customer should not be more informed about the issues of the cars you sell and maintenance.
