Dropped the 🏀 🏈 ⚽️

The worst repair visit I’ve had. As an educator I wanted to get my vehicle in the shop while I was on Spring Break. Unfortunately the repair date kept getting rescheduled. I finally received a drop off (the part was in) date and a loaner. I dropped it off April 1st with what was supposed to be a 2-3 day repair. I received a call/text days later that they just opened the box to find the part broken. The had ordered another one. It would be in the next day and they would start the repair. Days go by and I hadn’t heard from them. I called to find out they were waiting on the group company to come and remove my back window. They waited about 4-5 days. Another week or so had gone by and I hadn’t heard anything again. I received a message that they were waiting on the glass company and would update me the next day. Another week or so went by again. They would detail it also due to it getting dusty. This 2-3 day repair turned into 4 weeks. Meanwhile I’ve had two deaths in the family and I’m trying to make travel plans but couldn’t because I was left in limbo. I had a flat tire in the loaner and it happened to be the day they informed me the repair was completed. My wallet was stolen (bank not located in Oklahoma) and I wasn’t able to fix the tire. But would bring the funds back. I was told I needed to buy a new tire w/ warranty and it needed to be purchased from them to verify (new and warranty). It couldn’t be repaired. I informed them I didn’t have the funds and would have to pay later. Then I was told I should’ve been charged $275 for a detail because the vehicle had mud and dirt from the rain. I informed them I was told I didn’t have to do anything when I returned it (but gas). Then I was informed that the tire could be repaired, they wouldn’t charge for the detail. It was stated that’s why they don’t get loaners. I asked how was I supposed to get around for the last 4 weeks during this repair that I was told would take 2-3 days? I was finally given my keys. I went to look over my truck to find the back window/defroster sensor etc was broken. I pulled the truck in the bay for the staff to check it out. I am now waiting on a new back window to delivered for them to fix it. My current back window is tinted. The new window will not be. I believe the window company should be liable for the fee due to breaking the window. They will try to schedule the window company to come in for me to wait during the repair and not another 4 weeks. I expected better from this dealership that’s why I started doing business. (Answer choices shouldn’t just be yes and no)
