Dealership Service Review
I wasn't pleased at all; I had my car towed on 1-28 to Bob Howard Acura. I was assigned to Mark and he called me on 1-29 to ask a few questions about the car. I told Mark I think the transmission went out and I purchased the Car from BOB HOWARD ACURA 10 month prior on 3-20-24, so he advised me he would look into my warranty. One week had passed and I had not heard anything from MARK, I called the following week to see if any updates on my vehicle, he stated that the tech had not got around to the inspection and that he would get back with me as soon as the car was diagnosed, still no follow-up and another week past. I called MARK on the following week still with no update or follow-up. I contacted MARK on 2-17 and asked for updates, at this time he had my car diagnosed with an estimated cost for repairs and what the warranty would cover. Once I agreed to the repairs which was estimated to cost me 4800.00, MARK told me my car would be ready for pick-up on 2-19 and he would CALL me for pick-up. That day came and I never received a phone call back, I waited patiently and never harassed him the entire time my car was in the shop. I called back on 2-26 and he FINALLY let me know my car is ready for pick up and said my car was ready. The customer Service was horrible, MARK was very arrogant when speaking with me and lack empathy from the first day. I feel MARK was so unprofessional and Unethical with providing no recommendations or alternative options. I work at FRANCIS TUTTLE, and I have several witnesses of how I was treated from MARK and his unprofessional behavior. Upon my car being returned the AC was not working but it worked Prior to this fix. I called CJ which MARK referred me to; it was his supervisor. The moment I spoke with CJ and understood why MARK had no customer service skills, because of the LEADERSHIP. CJ came off very arrogant, incentive and lack empathy and over explaining parts that I have no ideal(wasting time). I can tell MARK doesn't have a good reputation at your company, because when I picked my car up, the employee where side eyeing and subliminally talking about him and lack of accuracy. I would never recommend anyone to this company and will make several reviews about my experience. This is my first review every and the experience had to really be traumatizing for me to take the time to voice my concerns. MARK is going to be a problem for this company. My voice and review will reach millions about my experience with this company.
