Went in to get an oil change and my air filter changed. Was notified of the emergent services that were recommended for my vehicle. I felt like Tharyn really took good care of me. I didn’t feel like he was trying to oversell any of the products, just the services that were really necessary for my vehicle. Was a much better and more efficient experience than I had at other dealerships. Would definitely continue using Bob Howard for my vehicle services.
