onFantastic experience. Mr. Tharyn Pierce was my service advisor and took care of me. Had trim piece that needed to replaced on my 22' Grand Wagoneer. Mr Pierce kept me apprised of updates and let me know there would be a delay as the replacement part in stock had defect and needed to have one delivered from another dealership. Upon picking up my vehicle though, vehicle was washed and gas tank was filled up. Excellent service and appreciated the gesture. Liftgate module also reprogrammed during vehicle check which I had even forgot to mention to them. Will be designated dealership even though not a "certified wagonner" dealer. Highly recommend Bob Howard Jeep and Mr. Tharyn Pierce.
