Crown Eurocars of Dublin

I hate buying cars. I hate the haggling...spending hours at the dealership...It's never been an enjoyable experience. So against my better judgment, I recently visited my local Mercedes dealership in West Chester, OH to trade in my C300 for a CPO E350.  I had purchased my C300 from there and mistakenly assumed that I would be able to trade it in for a fair price and get an E350.  To say I was disappointed in their trade-in offer would be an understatement. Dejected, I left and went home. On a whim, I decided to call Crown Mercedes in Dublin even though they were a couple hours away. Well, am I glad I did! I was put in touch with Melisa G... And I must say that she has single handedly restored my faith in the car buying process.  I introduced myself and explained the previous scenario at my local MB dealer. From there, Melisa just took over!  She walked me through the available E350's and then discussed my trade. Literally, within minutes, we agreed on a fair trade-in price, as well as a price on the E350. It was that simple! No stress, no haggling back and forth for hours. She simply respected me as an interested customer and didn't play the games that I was so used to dealing with.  And I really cannot say enough good things about Melisa. Her passion and energy is infectious...even over the phone. But more importantly, she is up front and honest, which is what mattered the most to me. I asked her opinion about the various E350's that were available, and she didn't hesitate to tell me which ones she liked and didn't like based on my needs. And her communication skills are second to none! We setup a day/time for me to make the trip to Dublin, but I had to cancel because of work. So over the next few days we talked via phone, email and text trying to reschedule through my work availability and snow storms.  Morning or night, she answered my various questions that I would have.  If I didn't know better, I would have thought that I was her only customer!  So a few days later I made the trip to Crown... And everything went just as she said it would. It was the easiest purchase I've made in a long time. I'm now the proud owner of an E350, but most importantly, a Crown Mercedes customer for life! Thank you Melisa!!  And I have to give kudos to Dan H. as well. I had some service and parts questions and he has been equally helpful and responsive. Crown has two great employees in Melisa and Dan!
