I bought a new C350 2014. Steven R. did a super sales job. He was responsive to my needs and able to give me all of the info. I needed. I am particularly pleased with the attention he gave me explaining the various systems after the car arrived. I needed several sessions of individual attention and he made himself available, stayed with me to answer all questions. He was patient and a good teacher
