Crown Eurocars of Dublin

I did an internet inquiry on a C300 that Crown had listed. CJ S. responded and gave me the details of the car. We then set up an appointment for a test drive. On my way to the test drive, CJ called me to let me know he had a prior comittment and he was given short notice. He asked me to look up Andrew R. when I got to the Dealership. Andrew was very informative regarding the car and it's features. He even took the time to review the exterior with me during a steady rain. Andrew and I sat down to discuss price. It did not take long to agree on a fair price that satified everyone. I never once felt pressured. It was a pleasant negotiation process. My wife and I finally met CJ when we arrived at the dealership to take delivery of the car. He picked right up where Andrew left off and went into more of the fine details of the car. He was very informed on every aspect and gave us the time to ask questions. He made sure we understood everything about the vehicle for a safe ride home and then some. When it was time for the paperwork, CJ introduced us to Dustin H. Dustin reviewed all of the accessories and services available. He simply informed us of our options and never tried to pressure us into buying anything. When it was discovered the sale price on his work sheet was higher than the agreed upon price, he corrected the error with no questions asked! I do need to mention that I bought my previous vehicle at Crown with Michael G. as the sales associate. The reason I dealt with CJ this time is because he responded to my internet request. I did not mean to slight Michael in any way. I mentioned this to CJ and Andrew at the time of delivery. They said they had talked to Michael and he was fine with it. Hats off to Michael for graciously understanding the scenerio. I have to say this was probably the best sales experience that I have had. If you want knowledgeable sales associates, no pressure sales and a great car at a fair price, then I would recommend Crown Eurocars.
