Crown Eurocars of Dublin

We bought a C-class from Andrew R. at Crown Eurocars of Dublin. Andrew answered our questions, pointed out features, helped plan a test drive route that gave a wide variety of driving conditions, and simply spent the time to address our questions and concerns. We were also considering Acura. He pointed out some of the technical and philosophical differences between the cars and the manufacturers. Andrew did _not_ get in any way derogatory, he simply described differences. There was a remarkable lack of pressure. Andrew was clearly concerned with getting us what we wanted, rather than being under orders to push a specific product. What else... a very personal experience. We were shown the service shop floor - the technicians were away, as it was late Saturday. The room was quite clean and we were assured we would be allowed to discuss the car with the technician in front of the car, should the occasion arise. The entire dealership is a very open environment, the sales staff have offices that are more window than wall. As first-time visitors to the establishment, we were made welcome. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and friendly (including a technician putting in some extra effort to get someone back on the road).
