Best dealer service department I've worked with

Eric Bates is a GREAT service advisor. Wow, got me in and out of there for my first oil change in less than 1/2 hour. Charged me $18 for the oil change. Was very honest and patient with me even though I am a very picky and high maintenance customer (I'm also a VW owner and VW owners tend to be very meticulous about maintenance...don't know why). As long as Eric is there, this will be the place I get the my Sienna serviced.
