Never again will I trust this dealership, service department or support another Toyota dealership under corporate care. A simple oil change error resulted in damage done to my vehicle by the mechanic. Toyota absolutely refuses to communicate with me over the concerns with my vehicle & ignored all attempted outreach. Corporate intervention was useless. Absolutely no one employed took accountability for the damage they caused to my vehicle, that was unable to be driven for 7 weeks, until I paid another reputable & honorable mechanic to fix their mistake! Horrendous & unacceptable “customer service”. Avoid this place at all costs.
