Toyota Direct

I think I mentioned that my experience with the dealership here in Denver was less than stellar, but Ron Susi was super. He was attentive to all my requests and getting to meet him in person was a pleasure. I don't say that lightly. I was disappointed with my experiences in other dealerships and other retail stores. But that was not the case with Toyota Direct and Ron, my salesperson, and Bryan in finance. I was nervous getting a new car to begin with and add to that getting a new car out of state, Ron made it a pleasure and made me feel as though I was making a good decision. Part of getting a new vehicle is being happy with that decision when you drive away. So, thanks again. Ron, glad you were my salesperson.
