Do not Buy Here!!!!! I bought A 2013 BMW X5 at this place and was told they performed an oil change on it before I took it. 3 Months later It starts driving funny so I take it To Kelly BMW and they tell me the oil has Metal shavings in it and the engine needs to be replaced because there wasn't any oil in it or lubrication for the engine to run normal. They also told me there wasn't any oil leakage which means there wasn't an oil change done when I bought it. So I call Toyota Direct and they basically told me its not there problem and was very rude. Mind you I just bought this car with my hard earned money and was expecting to have this car for years. they had no compassion or understanding about what just happen to me and my family but when I was giving them the money everybody in the build was extremely nice. I hope this saves the next family that was thinking about buying here. Now I have a $13,000 vehicle that is useless. Thanks Toyota Direct.
