Dealership Service Review
I went to Germain Mazda because my back up camera was intermittently not showing or working. Germain had replaced my control screen free of charge twice in the past die to recalls and did so with such ease. This intermittent loss of back up camera was working when I dropped it off and therefore I wasn’t sure what could be done. I spoke to the service dept and they forwarded me to Amy who was definitely a specialist and that shone through in each conversation. Her knowledge base was excellent! We chatted about what could be done efficiently and she broke down what could be done at progressing levels, only done if approved by me. I was totally impressed. Her communication and follow through was outstanding, always on point, and gave me such confidence about the work that was to be done. I received a video report which was excellent by the technician which name I have forgotten I’m sorry. The work was timely, complete, and thorough. I was unable to pick up the car due to my 12plus hour shifts and she made arrangements for me to get the keys from the mgr in the dealership. The process was thorough, efficient, complete, and outstanding. Amy made it seamless and I am grateful for this kind of customer service. I highly recommend your dealership and service because of my experience. Also, prior to this, I was rear ended and needed repairs and when I called Germain, you referred me to Rifes auto body. I wanted original auto parts. Rifes did that and were excellent! Great recommendation !
