I received a notification that there was a recall on my Mazda's camera and set an appointment up online to have it repaired. Everything was great - I showed up at the dealership for the fix. The service agent told me that the process would take up until 2 hours, which was surprising as I was under the impression that the camera could be fixed in an hour. They planned to do an inspection. I let them know that I had another appointment to make, and they said that they'd do their best. I waited in a comfortable room with tasty coffee and pleasant people while they did their magic, sent me a video of the inspection with recs for repair, and notified me that my car was ready! Very admirable situation going on here and they knew what they were doing. I made my appointment, had good coffee, and my camera works! I don't know if I will pay dealership rates, but who knows. They are excellent 👍
