I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Germain Mazda. This dealership has the nicest employees I have ever had the pleasure of working with while purchasing a vehicle. After visiting the dealership twice in one day, I ultimately decided to purchase the Mazda CX-50 hybrid from Marcus Miller. Marcus was professional, humorous, attentive, and overall a delight to work with. Originally, my plan was to visit two other dealerships after my initial stop at Mazda. However, I was so impressed by the vehicle and Marcus's exceptional service, not to mention the warm reception from Yvonne, that I decided to cancel my other appointments and return to Germain Mazda after my work meeting. Marcus's enthusiasm and knowledge truly sold me on the vehicle. After securing a very fair deal on this amazing vehicle, I had the pleasure of working with Dallah, the finance manager. Dallah was excellent at explaining additional packages without any pressure, making the entire process smooth and comfortable. He, too, was personable and down to earth, which added to the positive experience. The entire team at Germain Mazda was just amazing, and I was particularly impressed by the immaculate facility and the genuine smiles from everyone. It was refreshing to be surrounded by such positive vibes in a workplace. Kudos to Germain Mazda! You have certainly gained a new lifetime customer.
