I went out last weekend to simply browse for cars, to get an idea of what I liked and what I. Could afford. Carlos, at Germain Mazda, approached me and my daughter. Normally, I get all kinds of anxiety when a salesperson approaches me, but Carlos was the friendliest guy from the get go! He took the time to listen to what I wanted, what I didn’t want, what my concerns were, and was honest, attentive and funny! We ended up looking at a couple of cars on the computer at his desk so that he wouldn’t waste our time showing us cars on the lot. I happen to see one that was perfect! He brought it around and I loved it! this was the first time I bought a vehicle without test driving it because I had my infant grandson with me. I trusted Carlos enough to take a chance on the car because it just felt right! The finance department was quick and made the process painless. I couldn’t take the car with me that day, as I didn’t have my vehicle there to trade in. When I came back the next morning, the vehicle I had purchased was inside the dealership with a big red bow on it! I was so excited! Carlos will be my “car guy” for life!
