Service center non responsive and insensitive

onMy car battery died (it was a new car). It was a night mare getting through to the service personnel; 4 times the phone just kept ringing, no reply. Finally some Lindsay answered. When I told her my problem, she immediately said they dont have roadside assistance and that I should get that on my own. There was no compassion or concern for my situation. I tried one more time afterwards, went to the service manager's voicemail. Extremely insensitive and non responsive. Is this the famous Lexus experience???
