Customer-oriented General Manager JR, Service Manager Tom, Service Advisor Phyllis, assigned mechanic and technology expert Carson! Had a 5105 mile service with oil, filter, tire rotation, 21 point inspection, video showing vehicle on rack with mechanic showing vehicle’s undercarriage and describing work performed, pairing of phone with vehicle Bluetooth and wash. Vehicle looks and runs like the day I bought it new. Price of service was very competitive especially with benefit of a coupon. Waited approximately one and one half hours while service was accomplished. Great customer lounge! Highly recommend this dealership for purchase and service of a vehicle. Always a very satisfying experience to deal with Performance Lexus of Cincinnati!
