After some extremely unsuccessful car shopping excursions, this morning, my parents and I headed to Jeff Wyler Eastgate. I had called to ensure that the fact our missing title for our trade-in wouldn't be a problem. Brad answered the phone and assured me it wouldn't be a problem. When I arrived, my parents had already started working with Chris, and Brad and Chris professionally worked out the confusion. We continued working with Chris and it was a pleasure. I recommend him to anyone buying a car. After several truly nightmarish experiences in looking for a car, I could not have asked for a better experience than this.
