Dealership Sales Review
I went there late at night tired and was kind of rushed sorry I didn't go in daylight as I noticed a slight dent in a door I could not see at night the next morning it took 5 or 6 calls and messages to even get a return call hours later only to hear they couldn't do anything about it I could have done it driving home...I signed a contract so I was stuck with the deal...later I get a call after they realized they forgot to get me to sign something.I was reluctant to do so...on news years day they harassed me with phone calls and emails to come sign the paper...I don't know what would have happened if I didn't I wish I would not have and it probably could have stopped the deal and I could have got my car back..but I signed it because I just wanted to be done with them once and for all...this is the third new vehicle I bought from them and will be the last...after asking the sales person 2 different times if I would get a refund of my gap ins. And an extended warranty on my car he sa I d yes ask the finance guy and he will do it for u...when the deal was done and I was transferring my stuff from my car to the new truck the finance guy comes outside the first time I saw him through the entire process at this time it's 1030 at night when I asked him about my refund he then tells me they used that in the deal to make it work ...very shady...funny part is the next day he realized I never signed a paper allowing them to take that money that's when the phone calls started....watch them they are sneaky...
