Dealership Sales Review
Sales Person, Ken Wallace was the only reason I bought the car from this Dealer. Ken was awesome to work with and the below review is not about him, rather the dealer and sales manager. The Sales Manager Chris would not listen to the customer. I decided on the car I wanted at the price I wanted at the end of the month and signed the papers. Told them as the car had not been PDI'd as yet, I would pick it up the next day so they could do a good job at getting it ready for delivery. Chris said no I MUST drive it off the lot that night. This was at 8:15 p.m. and they did a sloppy job at getting the car ready, plastic not removed, windows not cleaned and they did not dry the car so it was very streaky and they did not put on a Front License Plate bracket. The person working on detailing the car and who gave me the keys reeked of Smoke (just what you want in a new car) and I had to rush to clean my old car out and ended up leaving something sentimental to my wife in the car and they pitched it. If I could have taken delivery the next day, this would not have happened as I could have seen the item in the daylight. I ended up having to take it back 2 days later to have the dealer re-do the detailing to do it right and put on license plate brackets.(more time out of my schedule). Even then I still had to pull plastic from the visors and other parts of the cars interior. This was the first time I have bought from Jeff Wyler, and most likely will be the last. A shame since the Eastgate Automall is so convenient for me. They really should do a better job at delivery of a new car and also listen to the customers desires.
