Our car salesman Jaden was professional and sweet throughout the process. The issues started to arise after purchase and negotiation where we realized we were missing dealer installed mats for our brand new vehicle that was listed on the sticker when purchasing the vehicle. We purchased the vehicle with these all weather floor mats and have yet to receive them since our purchase on 11/18/2024. We have contacted the salesman and he let us know his manager said we were discounted the mats/they were taken off the sales price, this is untrue. We have not received any reimbursement or update as we negotiated the price of the car to include everything on the window sticker. We have left numerous messages and called many times and still do not have mats, a reimbursement, or a proper solution. Jaden was great but if this is the type of service the dealership provides we would not return to purchase any other vehicles. This truly seems like a BBB case.
