Austin Loudermelt was assigned my inbound call to help me learn more about a used Jeep. Austin was responsive and worked promptly to answer questions. He also asked the right questions, listened well and followed through on my asks. He met our expectations to keep the sales process simple. I would recommend Austin as a sales associate.
