Spitzer Chevrolet Amherst

OK the customer service was good smiling faces, but I'm new to buying a car and I had no idea what to expect. Call me "crazy" but I trusted them and told them exactly my concerns were. I told the finance person at the Amherst store I didn't want my credit messed up over this car. He wanted to run a hard inquiry on my report so I said well once or twice and he agreed. Come to find out he ran it atleast 6 to 8 times. I'm outraged. I'll never trust this or recommend this place to my family or first time buying friends. They were so concerned about the sell that day they didn't care about what I wanted or worst even ask me. My Malibu is nice but it reminds me of what they did and lied about I get mad looking at it sometimes.
