I had to bring my Escape for recall maintenance. I also had a problem with the coating on the driver's window switch that was sharp and causing finger pain when I opened / closed the window. I was taken care of by Ryan. He was polite and considerate and patient with my questions. I was taken on time and shown to a comfortable waiting area. Ryan took care of the recall. He had to order a part for the switch so he made a temporary fix to the switch so it could no longer cut my finger. Ryan is an asset to Autonation.
