1.Found the vehicle I wanted online and agreed to pay the asking price in cash on 9-29-20. 2. Did not receive paperwork (hard copy) until 10-20-20. Information and communication from AutoNation and Maverick Signing was inaccurate and not consistent. 3. Calls and complaints to the corporate office went unanswered. 4. From the time they received my check it took them 9 days to deliver my truck to me. 30 days after I agreed to pay cash. 5. Before I received paperwork I was notified by AutoNation that the price had been reduced. That price reduction was never honored. 6. The reason I did not fly to Cleveland to pick up the vehicle is because I did not want to put 1700 miles on it right off the bat. AutoNation put 500 miles on it at some point from the time they said they had it "put aside" for me to the time I got it. I don't find it to be a coincidence that the General Manager's cell phone was programmed in the vehicle. 7. All in all a terrible experience. I do not understand why they advertise that they can make long distance deals if they can't do better than this.
