Kia Of West Nyack

O stars!!! Scam Alert!!!!! I leased a Kia Optima from Kia of West Nyack NY. I had paid for lease & wear coverage ($449) Didn’t want to get hit with a high bill at the end of lease. So 3 years go by I return my lease. Get my end of lease bill $750. Which would have been fine if the dealership didn’t pocket the $449. They never purchased the coverage from third party. When I called the company to file my claim with my proof of purchase. They said they never worked with Kia of West Nyack. WOW [non-permissible content removed]! They were selling the dealership & knew I wouldn’t know until 3 years later that they never purchased the coverage. Kia didn’t make it right. Which tells me a lot about this company. They don't care about there customers. All I asked was for refund of $250 for the additional cost. The other monies I would have had to pay regardless. Since I was not leasing another Kia. The car quality was horrible. Braking issues & plastic burnt scent from cheap motor parts. They should have made it right! Don’t lease/buy Kia!!!! [non-permissible content removed]!!!!
