Great Service on Challenging Problem

onWhen my 2011 Sorento stopped running wit 64k miles on it, I was very concerned about the major work it needed. I had a nice conversation with Vinnie (the service mgr) and provided him with my service records. It turned out that a very unusual transmission problem had put strain on the engine and that both (transmission and engine) needed to be replaced. Vinnie provided me with a loaner car and within two weeks, my car was returned with a new engine and transmission. My cost: $0. I am thrilled with the professionalism and service of their team and would recommend them to anyone!
