Dealership Service Review
I purchased 2 cars from Rensselaer Honda. My current car that I purchased from Rensselaer Honda is being serviced for a mechanical issue. What I didn't appreciate was thee lack of customer service I received. I called my agent/representative 3 times, to only speak to him once who then informed me it would take a month for my part to come in. OK, things happen. What I found out later from someone is that I should have been asked or told about a loaner car. I'm unsatisfied because I have been a customer with Rensselaer Honda for years. I purchased cars, I had repairs done, oil changes, therefore, I have been a loyal customer to come to this. I am very unsatisfied. My next car will most likely be a Honda, but not purchased from Rensselaer Honda. It's a shame that when you spend your money with a company, you don't matter or it matters who you are!
