Rensselaer Honda

After purchasing my last four Honda's from a different Honda dealer - I returned to Rensselaer Honda after quite a few years away. Rensselaer Honda was one of the only dealers in the area who responded with internet price quotes (and quickly) I might add. They matched a price from a competing dealer - and even gave an estimated trade in value (after I provided my VIN number) without me even setting foot inside the dealership. Once there - I negotiated an even better price on my trade - and received an excellent interest rate as promised. The sales staff with the internet department (Shannon) was reasonably friendly, and they worked to earn my business. All in all - not bad at all.
