Rensselaer Honda

We worked with Somer at Rensselaer Honda for the purchase of our '08 Civic EX-L. We're relatively frequent car buyers, and make a purchase every other year or so, so we're pretty familiar with the process, and won't buy if it's a.) not a good deal and b.) not treated with respect. Somer was excellent, and I think a truly nice person (or a really good schmoozer). The sales floor was relaxed, and the sales staff were smiling. We made an "internet" purchase, which may have a lot to do with our level of satisfaction, but overall, I think they were top notch. We bought a 2005 Accord from Keeler, and on the return purchase, they were downright rude and condescending. Give Rensselaer a try. We weren't sure... but it turned out ok :-)
